Welcome to BetPari Partners! By enrolling in our Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement outlines your responsibilities as an Affiliate (the “Affiliate”) within the Program and governs your participation under the conditions detailed herein, including any updates or revisions made by the Program over time.
Definitions
To maintain clarity, we provide definitions for the following key terms:
“Client”: Refers to any individual or entity utilizing the services of the Program.
“Offer”: A marketing promotion designed and shared by the Program, whether presented on the Program Site, through email communication, or both. It specifies the terms of an advertising campaign on behalf of a Client and may include additional stipulations as determined by the Client and the Program.
“Program Site”: The official website of BetPari Partners, which serves as a gateway to the Program’s resources and services.
“Sub-Affiliate”: An independent party contracted by the Affiliate to assist in the promotion of Offers within the Program framework.
Program Guidelines
BetPari Partners invites Affiliates to join the Program under the following terms and conditions:
- Access: Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique username and password, granting access to the Program Site.
- Eligibility: If you are an individual (not representing a business entity), you must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to join and engage with the Program. In regions where the legal age exceeds 18, you must meet the applicable age requirement to participate.
- Sub-Affiliates: Affiliates may engage Sub-Affiliates to promote Offers, provided they adhere to the following conditions. Prior written approval must be obtained from a Program Representative before contracting any Sub-Affiliate. The Affiliate is required to provide verifiable contact details, including the Sub-Affiliate’s name, address, and phone number, upon request. Sub-Affiliates must agree to follow the terms of this Agreement and all Program policies, which may be revised as needed.
Compliance with Program Policies
By taking part in the BetPari Partners Program, you agree to follow all policies and procedures established by the Program, which are subject to periodic updates. Failure to comply with these policies may lead to the suspension or termination of your Affiliate account.
Changes to the Agreement
BetPari Partners retains the right to revise, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes as necessary. Continuing your participation in the Program after such revisions signifies your acceptance of the amended Agreement.
